Estonia 2011 - Ithaka Maria - Hopa'pa-rei!
This young lass has managed to crowbar some lively Estonian folk, some chamber metal ala Coppelius and Apocalyptica and a rather unhealthy Shakira fascination into a tune that didn't turn out too bad, despite its unlikely ingredients.

It's definitely more interesting than the mostly bland choices done until now this year.... I really dig this entry! And Estonian is a gorgeous language for music.
