There's always a couple of half-decent alt-rock numbers that sneak past the selection committees that illuminate their respective national finals but never stand a light of getting through to the big show in May. And quite often they come from Estonia. So revel in this smashing and unassuming little tune that sounds as though it's been plucked from a Manchester bedroom in 1982.
